Our family, Scott & Leigh Anne Knight, Tate & Meghann (Knight) Gaines have lived in Georgia all our lives and have always longed for a place on the Gulf Coast to call home. As of September 2016 we now have that place we call home in Florida. We love Disney and we love the Beach, so we now own a piece of each in Florida. We live in Oxford, Ga and we now hope you can enjoy a deluxe 2 Bedroom Condo here at Tropic Winds. Tropic Winds is a smaller Condo that has many amenities and boasts one of the Largest Balconies on the beach (10 ft x 28ft). For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
