Rivers, Streams & Parks are located in a pristine 5500-acre gated Mountain Community just minutes away downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge. We picked this place because life slows down and as you drive through, you see wildlife around you. It is so friendly and private too. You will have plenty to do with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Enjoy amazing waterfalls, trails, hikes, wineries, orchards, and plenty to do within the gated community. There are several public places you can fish in the gated community. Please see House Manual. If you decide to fish, under 16 resident or non-residents are not required to have a license. Here is the link to purchase print and/or download the app

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
